Good to know
Where can I park?
There is an underground parking garage in the building. There are parking spaces available for our guests for EUR 10.00 per night. Please let us know before your arrival if you need a parking space.
When can I check in?
Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00 and takes place via our hotel vending machine next to the main entrance to the building. You will find out how the “Hotel-o-mat” works in your pre-stay e-mail three days before arrival.
Until when can I check out?
We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11 am on the day of departure. Our reception is open from 7:00 to 12:00.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel and collect it later?
Unfortunately, luggage storage is not possible.
Is breakfast available at the hotel Michaelis Hof?
We do not offer a proper breakfast, but we do provide our guests with a free “jump start” in the form of coffee/tea and croissants (daily between 7:00 and 10:00 am).
Does the hotel have a charging station for my electric car?
We do not have our own charging stations, so it is not possible to charge your e-car. In Hamburg, there are numerous publicly accessible charging stations in the city center, some of which are also located near the hotel Michaelis Hof.
Can I easily reach the hotel by public transportation?
The Stadthausbrücke S-Bahn station is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Take the Michaelisstraße exit.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, pets are not permitted at the hotel Michaelis Hof.
Is the visitor's tax already included in the room rates?
No, the culture and tourism tax is not yet included and will be charged on departure according to the currently valid rates. The tax has been payable in Hamburg since the beginning of 2023 for all overnight stays, whether for business or private travel.
Can I smoke in the Kleinhuis Hotel Michaelis Hof?
All our rooms are non-smoking. An ashtray is available on the balcony, which is accessible from the hotel corridor. Please be considerate of other guests.
Where can I store my bike at the hotel?
There are bicycle racks in the underground parking garage that you can use.
Can I also stay at the hotel Michaelis Hof if I am not in church?
Our doors are open to all guests.
How can I pay on site?
You can pay in cash or by EC/credit card. We accept all common card types.
Does the hotel Michaelis Hof have single rooms?
Yes, we have classic single rooms, double rooms and family rooms.
Is there a minibar in the rooms?
In our rooms you will find a small fridge with a welcome bottle of water. We do not offer a classically filled minibar.
Is there WLAN in the rooms at the hotel Michaelis Hof?
Wifi is available in the rooms.
